Its an assembly, so you can find it under "Item Assembly" tab after activating it in the mods menu.
After placing the assembly inside the Submarine Editor, you can then pick out the ones you like!

@valrossenOliver: Technically no need for any compatibility patches since all of this is decorative. Just place my Hungry Europans items in front of the decorative items and make the Hungry Europans ones invisible :)
