inspired by gm_bigcity_toxic, but instead of sludge, theres water.
The map is noded, has a navmesh and the cubemaps aren't bricked.

Global warming happened and flooded bigcity in knee deep water, get your mud skippers out and take a rest at the few docks that were built by the survivors. You could use a japoly and some vehicles (jeep excluded), but when you are on the "roads", the engine will stall.

The map has been compiled without vvis so far, so expect minor graphical issues with the water.
