1. Press right click on Call of Duty (2022) and then press Remove from Account
1.1 If you have the garbage on your PC then first click Unistall then do the 1st

step

2. You will get this pop up after you did 1st step. Carefully click the blue button and try not to miss it.

3. Well as you can see there's no more garbage.
