Omschrijving
Once known as Andy Walker, Steel became a lab experiment in order to get money to get through college. He was studying to be a mechanical engineer. The scientist experimenting on him, unbeknownst to Steel was an executive in a business. A mercenary business. Steel has become enslaved by the executive to fight and do his master's bidding. He some day hopes to escape, although he wouldn't know what he would do once he escaped.


A semi zoner, steel's game revolves around capitalizing off of mistakes and pressuring the opponent, being able to control the stage if he's given room for so.

If the game crashes when you select your character it's likely due to you not deleting your character cache (in settings)

TLDR: Steel, as he is right now, has weak zoner (as in ranged like wizard) game, and weak melee game, so wait till he's in a more viable state.

(1/2) This new update to Steel just sucks, man. It's no longer rewarding to use projectiles, as opponents just stand there to parry them for free meter, trying to punish them for trying that just isn't possible with what he has right now. Steel doesn't have the tools to be viable close range either, with *maybe* 2 to 3 good options for a given melee skirmish, but is easily punished... The projectiles being non-parriable helped balance their VERY slow speed and middling damage, discouraging opponents from just standing there, and applying some well needed pressure due to his weak melee game.

(2/2) Now, in the last 10 games alone, every opponent has just stood there to parry the projectiles, even if I switched to rushing them down, zoning them out, mixing them up to catch them off guard, it just doesn't matter. They parry the projectiles to reduce whatever sadness they had before, and whatever pressure was there is immediately gone. If the character in question is advertised as a "semi-zoner", but can't even do THAT well, and has few melee attacks to work with either, it just adds up to a weak, incomplete kit. Tengu is still his only save-and-grace right now, and I'm not even confident THAT'S gonna last either. Sucks to see my main get destroyed like this.
