This is a standalone mod so you dont need to download the original.
You technically don't need to own any dlc other then Together For Victory for the mod to work but i have some planned content that will eventually require most of the dlc

Yup, the mod is incompatible with "Non-historical mode made actually playable".

Seems like I used a mod which prevented the focus from showing up. Just restarted the game with only your mod activatedand it was suddenly there.
