GROUNDED Animations -Skill balance patch-

A small patch for Dig's GROUNDED: Basic Attack Animations mod that changes the skill level required for the new combat techniques from immediate to Levels 10, 20, or 30. This brings them closer in line with vanilla gameplay rules and gives your characters a sense of progression, learning new abilities as they improve their weapon skills.

The skills are also less likely (but not rare) to be used, so it feels more special to see them.
