Quieter Voice Lines Near Witches

In Hard Rain map 2, there are some quieter line variations for the survivors "hurry up" and "reloading" responses.

I felt like it was a big missed opportunity not to use these when near a witch in any map, so this mod makes it so the L4D2 survivors speak these quieter lines when close to a witch.

It also adds the unused quieter "back up" voice lines for all survivors, including the L4D1 cast.

Won't conflict with any talker mod.
