I mostly played France/GB during my playthroughs lol. France has these new world marine unites that have 48 accuracies and are super op, can use them as pretty much line infantry even if they have the whole "light infantry" designation(they aren't, can't even adopt the light infantry tactics once you research the tech). They're expensive tho unfortunately :(

@Popee the Clown. I totally forgot about the path on google drive. Good call! Any good points on the battles as well. I usually play as Sweden who were famed for their Karoliner line infantry. These guys were disciplined to advance towards the enemy until they could see the whites of their eyes and then fire. I use this same tactic when I play and it usually works well as long as you have cavalry covering your flanks. Unless your Prussia. Prussia was a real fight for me lol.

Also to comment on the battles: they are I guess more realistic now? You can attack without getting decimated if you don't fire the first volley, probably is in-line with the doctrine of advancing as far as you can before shooting(which you kind of have to do in order to kill any enemies lol).

Did you get the patch from google drive? That might be an issue, there's a 187 mb patch that you need to download for the latest version

@SPEER The only submod I use is 40+ unit armies. Very strange.

@SPEER I've done nothing outside of installing the mod. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be seeing them. You are using Empire Total War Definitive Edition right?
