Passive Skills lists

All the passive skills available for the characters. Each character begin with 1 Passive skill but it can be changed. There are 3 different passive skills per character.

Where can you change your passive skill?
There is a mirror at the beginning of the 3rd level, "the Office" where you can randomly change your current passive skill into another one:

Fitness Regimen:
Grants additional 25 maximum HP.
The base starting skill.
Will to Survive:
While HP is 30% or lower, you gain +100% to Recovery effects from all sources.
Tactical Retreat:
When using Outburst, you also drop a Hologram decoy and Dodge backwards.
The best skill imho.

Speedloader:
Grants 10% faster Reload Speed.
The base starting skill.
Multitasker:
Whenever your Firing Speed is boosted above normal, your weapons deal +10% of Physical Damage as bonus Psionic Damage. (Effect increase for every 20% boost in Firing Speed)
Quantum Shadow:
Firing a weapon during Overtime creates shadowy doppelgangers which fire alongside you, but Cooldown takes +100% longer.
The best skill imho.

Psyops Training:
+10% Psionic Damage to all weapons and abilities.
The base starting skill.
Void Pact:
Upon being reduced to 0 HP, you instantly regain 100% and enter Astral state. While Astral, you gain +25% Firing and Movement Speed, but lose 15% Max HP per second. If killed again while Astral, you collapse as usual.
Astral Give you total immunity to Physical Damage while it's active, but you can still take Psionic Damage.
The best skill imho.
Subatomic Slice:
Enemies killed via Severance explodes upon death, dealing 50 Psionic Damage to all other foes in a 3m Range

College Gymnastics:
Dodge roll Recovers +10% faster.
The base starting skill.
Boom Juice:
Reviving a fellow Agent also injects them with a prototype thermal nanoyeast starter. The next time they die, their outermost layer explodes, dealing 50 Physical Damage to all enemies within a 7m radius. Science!
Optimist:
While 1 or more Allies are within a 5m radius, you all recieve a defensive boost, reducing incoming Damage by 1, also reduce your Special's cooldown time by 10%
The best skill imho.

Thanks for this. I don't quite understand in-game why the only place to switch the passives is that weird "mirror" door on the 3rd map? Like why not just let us change it anywhere, from our inventory screen or something. I guess only devs can answer that. :)

Forgot to screenshot some abilities and never found others, took the description of other from the patch note, will update the guide when I can.
