Juggernaut is a strong hero that can easily get kill with levels or items, so the idea is for you to go solo or with a support.
If you go solo on your lane, the focus will be to get the more level you can get so this way if theres any mistake made by your opponent you just take that as***** down. Otherwise, if you go in a trilane or with a support that make sure that you goint to farm don't be to worry about kills and make sure that your lane won't get that much push so you can easily farm, in that case I'll recommend you to go midas for the extra level you going to get and gold with it. At the late game, you just rap* all bitc*** that come out in front of you.
