On a serious note this is a CreepyPasta character I never quite understood how people chose to visually represent him and chose ruin a rather potential insanely scary figure.

So I chose to give my twisted take on him by combining the fan appearance with a more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane look. Enjoy
