If you mean the L4D2 models recycled in CSGO, no, the G3 was a brand new model. The Glock, Deagle, MAC-10, and the AK were reused with some edits, while the Molotov is from Left 4 Dead 1. They later reused the adrenaline shot model too.

Ir's off topic but was not CS GO g3 edited g3, like with AK-47?
