A Just a Momento counter set in a themed gardening shop with a small side garden attached, in-game cost $5,980.00
When placing the BP it will be very slightly too high due to the wooden path pieces, just lower it as shown in the screenshots for perfect placement, works best with a kerbless path under the floor. The Just a Momento counter can be swapped out for any other counter of your choice. The guide sign for placement is in its own group and can easily be deleted once the BP has been placed.
