1. Browse the game's local files
2. Go to tf then to the custom folder
3. In the custom folder create a new folder named "nomsgs" or name it whatever you want
4. Inside of the "nomsgs" folder create another folder and name it "scripts"
5. Inside of the "scripts" folder create a txt file and name it "game_sounds_vo_pauling"
