RE4UHD Mod Installer (Supports texture and model swapping)

This tool will make installing mods for RE4UHD take seconds rather then minutes looking for duplicate files.
It also creates backups of all the files swapped for easy un-installing of mods.

Mod creaters have my permission to include this tool with your mod releases. (But please keep my README file)

How To Install "RE4UHD Mod Installer"...
Unrar the "RE4HDTEX" folder, "RE4UHD Mod Installer.bat" and "RE4UHD Mod Un-Installer.bat" files into your RE4UHD's "Resident Evil 4" folder...
Where To Find Mods
So where do you find mods?

Go to the below link and see what types of mods you like and download the ones you wish to try out...

You can also go to other sites online and get mods to use with this tool as well.
How To Install Mods - Part 1 (Installing Textures To HD Or SD Mode)
1. Take any texture mod you downloaded and place it in...

2a. To swap the HD mode textures...

RE4HDTEX > TexturePacksHD

2b. To swap the SD mode textures...

RE4HDTEX > TexturePacks

3. Go back to your "Resident Evil 4" folder and run the included .bat file

4. Play the game and enjoy the new mod you just downloaded/created.
How To Install Mods - Part 2 (Installing Model Swaps)
1. Take any Model mod you downloaded and place it in...

RE4HDTEX > EmMod

2. Go back to your "Resident Evil 4" folder and run the included .bat file

3. Play the game and enjoy the new mod you just downloaded/created.
How To Install Mods - Part 3 (Installing .fix Files)
1. If you wish to swap the fix files in the Ranking Folder

2. Place your edited "Ranking" .fix mods in...

RE4HDTEX > RankingMod

3. Go back to your "Resident Evil 4" folder and run the included .bat file

4. Play the game and enjoy the new mod you just downloaded/created.
Backups
Backups of all the .lfs, .pack. and .fix files swapped are placed in there respective "BackupFiles", " "BackupFilesHD", "BackupEm" and "BackupFilesRanking" folders

To go back to standard textures/models just run "RE4UHD Mod Un-Installer.bat" and it will uninstall all the mods.

Hello, I'm trying to put a mod that the mod is this one " https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil4/mods/5 " but I'm still trying to figure out how to put it can someone tell me how to do it?

@DarkSamus dunno why they would bother to upload a mod that doesnt work with 95% of the copies people will own thanks anyway i can stop trying to get it to work.

@RZA That mod is for the old Sourcenext port of the game, not the newer Steam port.

I have cheeky ashley mod,claire krauser halloween Angel mod,jill krauser silver gold chain bikini mod,nude ashley sp2 mod....I don't know hiw to mod these with RE4 on steam could use some walkthrough on which folder to copy where and in what order...need specifics. please.....!!!!!thanks :)

thanks Shamus. I am totaolly ne to this, and cant seem to get much help on residentevilmodding site. Maybe i have to wait a bit longer though ;) I cant seem to figure out how to install older mods that have the TGA files. There's arent that many newer ones available that only have the .udas files. I actually havent found any that have the .pack files.
