"always pay your rent"
I've been already port this model from sfmlab to gmod month ago but due to work day i couldn't have time to publish it, but now i have finally able to publish it. The model was from smutbase but it was port it to sfm by MikuChanAnime in sfmlab, so to anime fan who want a japanese anime house well this is for you

Included:
- 6 room stage
- water bodygroup for the bathroom model if someone wanted to remove the water

Note: this isn't map, all you have to do is open menu and press addon to get the model.

Is already on sfm, but only available on sfmlab so just go to sfmlab and type house/room stage

Can you import these models to SFM too please? I'd like to just use them for my animation scenes and rendered posters, they look very nice and very useful tbh. :steamthumbsup:
