Your PC Game Pass save files are in this folder, there should be 5 folders and a containers.index file. You may need to tick "Hidden items" in your View bar if you can't see the AppData folder.

Copy all 5 folders inside this folder, and save this to a new folder on your Desktop. I called mine "Lies of P save".

Open Lies of P on Steam once, that will let the game create a save file. Now you will be able to find your Saved Games folder for Lies of P on Steam, right here:

Steam\steamapps\common\Lies of P\LiesofP\Saved\SaveGames\[your unique ID]

There should be six files here:

• Account_1
  
• Account_2
  
• OptionsSlot
  
• SaveData-1_Character_1
  
• SaveData-1_Character_2
  
• steam_autocloud.vdf

(Turn off cloud saves. And for convenience, keep the "SaveGames" window with Steam's Lies of P open, the one with the six files.)

Go to your Desktop, open the folder you created earlier which contains the copy of your PC Game Pass save files (the new folder with 5 folders and a containers.index file).

1. From top to bottom, open the five folders until you find a file that is around 14kb. Mine was 21kb right before NG+. Rename it Account_1.sav. and drag it into the "SaveGames" folder and choose to replace the existing file.

2. Continue through the five folders until you find the next 14kb file (again, mine was 21kb). Rename it Account_2.sav. and drag it into the "SaveGames" folder and choose to replace the existing file.

3. Look for the smallest file you can find in the folders and rename it: OptionSlot.sav. Drag it into the "SaveGames" folder and choose to replace the existing file.

4. Look for the largest file and rename it: SaveData-1_Character_1.sav. Drag it into the "SaveGames" folder and choose to replace the existing file.

Et voilà. As the logos load, you should be hearing the sweet sound of your existing achievements being registered on Steam.

Press continue and you should pick up right where you left off on PC Game Pass.

I am not the best at computers, but I love the game so much I needed to figure out a way to carry over my progress on Steam. Unfortunately, the guides out there are not very detailed, so it took me a while to figure out how to do what these other more experienced users were suggesting.

As they are the ones who first figured how to transfer progression out, I would like to highlight and thank u/oki_dingo, RaveKot on Steam, and also u/AliceVioletMajere for first confirming that Steam achievements do transfer over.
