This guide provides screenshots with solutions to the first 30 levels of the Be a Good Citizen minigame that becomes available halfway through Chapter 2 after you've given Cornelius Huber's AquaOS to Dean Smith for decryption and can be played well into one of the variations of Chapter 4.

But be aware that while the minigame's progress does carry between chapters within the same playthrough, it does NOT between different playthroughs so if you want to unlock the associated achievements, you need to do so BEFORE hitting the end credits within a single playthrough or you'll have to start over. You can, however, make a manual save to retain your progress up to that point within your playthrough and revert to it if needed.

The levels need to be completed in order, the next unlocking after you've completed the previous. Only the first level is tied to story progression but beating level 10 and 30 will unlock 2 achievements:


Their Steam descriptions are a bit misleading since they only unlock after BEATING the appropriate levels, not simply REACHING them.

Also, in this discussion thread on the Steam forums >>, one of the devs suggested (as far as Google Translate could tell since his reply is in Italian and shamefully, I non parlo italiano:-P) that the levels were randomly generated, which would make this guide pointless.

But as far as I can tell, they're NOT. I compared my screenshots to the ones provided in another guide on Steam (this time in Chinese which - again shamefully - I also don't speak) and ALL the puzzles are IDENTICAL, at least for levels 1 through 30. Which is all that's needed to unlock the associated achievements.

The minigame seems to continue indefinitely so it's entirely possible that its levels ARE randomly generated after level 30 but that's irrelevant if you're only here for those juicy chievos :-D

I found the minigame quite rewarding and it took me about 4 hours to beat the first 30 levels so it's definitely doable without a guide but if you can't be bothered to do so on your own, you do you: I'm not judging. I'm only here to help if you need a break.
