Hello everyone, i just wanted to say the guys in AMA discord have English translation available for the game. It's much more playable and you can understand what you need to do to pass certain things in the game. They are still working on translating more stuff as well. So whoever is interested there are some steps.

Step 1 - installed bleeding edge bepinex into root folder of game.
Step 2 - Run game once to intitialize the bepinex config files then exit game.
Step 3 - Install the il2cpp xunity auto translator into root folder of game.
Step 4 - Run game to setup xunitautotranslator's config file for the first time then exit game.
Step 5 - Properly setup the Xunity'autotranslator's config file to properly translate chinese to english as the default config file doesn't properly set it up by default so you need to change a few settings posted earlier.
Step 6 - Delete the _AutoGenerateTranslation file or empty this file's contents by highlighting everything and deleting all text so that any erroneous translated stuff is cleared and no longer remembered. This ensures your mtl translations will be the proper translation and not some gibberish.
Place files in the game root folder/Bepinex and overwrite everything.
Step 7 - Go into game root folder\BepInEx\config and edit AutoTranslatorConfig and change MaxTextParserRecursion= from 1 to 5 so it'll look like MaxTextParserRecursion=5
Step 8 - Go to the AMA discord https://discord.gg/MjbCCj44WX and download the latest translation files there and place them in the game root folder/bepinex folder and overwrite everything.
Then play the game to your heart's desire ;)
