To scale the game to higher resolutions such as 1080p, 1440p, 4k, etc, you'll need the "Telltale Games Custom Resolution Tool". You can download it from the link below.

Just download the tool, extract it, cut and paste it into the game's directory, and then open the tool and select the resolution you want.

ɴᴏᴛᴇꜱ :
This doesn't scale it to widescreen, it just fits the game on your monitor properly. The game will still be in 4:3 with black bars on the side. Something to also note is that you need to open the game at least once before loading the tool for it to work.
