Okay, so first up, you're gonna need some Blob kills.

100,000 to be exact. The reason is that to do a super-run and get all the pink maoam pinballs needed to upgrade your character to obscene power, it's best to have the Blobbath artifact, which means only Blobs will spawn. Mutated Gene will also be good, for double enemies, but I can't remember how you unlock that. So, play as normal, take whatever items you feel like and slowly farm up 100,000 Blob kills.

As you do that, you should be getting money for the upgrades. I'd recommend go for +1 projectiles as soon as possible, you'll want to have two levels of that when you do your Blobbath run.

So, you have Blobbath unlocked now, good.

Activate it, and if you have it, activate Mutated Gene as well for double the enemy count. Double the enemies means double the experience and score after all! Plus Mutated Gene counters the -0.15x negative to score that Blobbath adds, so that's also a bonus.

As for your character, Wiggle Woogle is in my opinion the best. High RoF which you'll want, decent speed, and 4 items instead of 3. Spinky Winky is also an option, but I don't like the gimmick, so I stick with Wiggle Woogle.

Now then, what you want to do is very simple. You want, above all else, tree hugger/whisperer, for the early experience and the late-game arboreal gifts. After that option, attack speed, projectile attacks like splinter, projectile damage buffs and chain shot. For the early-game stack those as much as possible, because they are excellent at dealing with Blobs.

As the game progresses, you'll want to start getting critical chance and critical damage. Once at 200% crit chance, stop taking it. Also, around the midgame, you'll want to start leaning on AoE. My recommendation is the fire-on-death and the hailstorm, but you can take whatever feels good.

In regards to lategame, it's honestly just a case of rub against trees and pick the best option out of the arboreal gift, because you will start levelling up maybe once a stage.

Well, once that run is over, probably killed by a Boss with ranged attacks, you should be rolling in dough.
