Like that one time I mentioned I didn't find Amukihajah for 45 minutes. When I did find it, it was after I left the dungeon and came back. I'm guessing that all the chances for Tsuzuragaeru are somehow lowering the chance for certain formations to show up. Because it doesn't seem to happen very often in places there aren't random chance spawns.
Deepest Depths is funny with how the encounter RNG works in the forced battle sections.
When you enter the Depths of Resentment, the stationary encounters you get in the forced battle sections are already decided. So you can enter fresh, take the shortcut to K, see what the first enemy is. If not G Kinzamu, exit to the world map and enter again, then check until the first one is G Kinzamu.
If it is, kill it. If you don't get the drop, use the heal/save to respawn the encounter and then fight it again. It should still be the same encounter as before. That's pretty much how I handled most drops from Deepest Depths.
