@Bubbles Personally, not a lot. I was able to use one of the models already in the Anthro Survivors mod as a base to edit. I'm already very experienced with modelling and texturing so it took me about two hours from start to finish. There are guides on how to do it, and a tool that automatically packs your fbx and texture into a mod for you!

how much work was it to setup a model for zomboid from scratch like this? curious if its worth the time
