Intro
Hey so, there's a few really well known easter eggs in this game, most notably the two on NGI (I believe there's a couple guides talking about those), but there's really not a lot of information out there about all the other secrets/easter eggs in the game.

So, I decided to throw together this guide. Now, I don't know them all myself, so this is a WIP and will be updated as I find more. If you know of any easter eggs/secrets that are not in this guide, let me know in the comments and I'll add them!
Main Menu: ITO DREAMLAND A51 cameras
After the intro cinematic, you will be looking through the POV of a security camera within the Vault, with the camera switching every few seconds to a different place/angle. Upon booting up the game, there won't be anything too remarkable about these cameras. However, if you play any of the gamemodes and then go back to the menu, the cameras will have changed ever so slightly. Now the cameras are no longer numbered and it will simply say "CAM INFO N/A SYSTEM MALFUNCTION". Pressing [ESC] will hide the UI and allow you to view the cameras in full again. This secret is "hidden" within these malfunctioned cameras, appearing where there was previously nothing.

While this easter egg is fairly obvious, most people will probably miss it as the interactive menu's UI obscures the object of interest. If you wait on these cameras until the OP-3D Megalodon hangar camera pops up, you will be able to notice a dead Carcharodon polemos (AKA the land shark) lying to the left on the upper levels of the room. It is also visible on the other two cameras for this room, but without a clear view like the first camera.

This same dead C. polemos model will reappear in other easter eggs.
Mission: Introduction (Welcome to Project IM)
The very first secret in this mission is easily accessible right at the start of the level. Once you reach the firing range, you can simply jump over the barrier, walk right up to the targets and disable them by pressing [E]. Once you reach the end of the range, there will be a doorway on the left. Inside will be two cut-outs of the C. polemos creature, a couple of Bullseye targets, and 100 Combat Points for you to collect. Now you can proceed as normal until you eliminate all the CTRs in the stealth challenge.

While not technically a secret, as you will see this when moving through the area, most players don't seem to understand how to reach the ammo crate on top of one of the big cubes inside the stealth section. All you need to do is use a running jump to get onto the safety railing, line yourself up with one of the corners of the cube and jump (then move). And there you go! Some extra ammo. From this position, you should be able to see a power box high on the wall to the South East. This box is part of the next secret. But before you activate this next secret, there is another hidden ammo cache you should collect, tucked to the left of the stairs at the left corner of the far end of the room.

Once you are stocked up on ammo, you are ready to activate the secret survival challenge. Return to the area with the first ammo box and head to the pillar on the right. From here do a running jump onto the railing and then jump onto the big blue cube next to it. Perform another running jump to reach the cube underneath the power box. You can now activate the power box, starting the survival challenge (and blocking the exit). Two groups of CTRs will be released, unarmed running CTRs and Security Bots, who will both be aggressive towards each other as well as you. Your task for this challenge is simple: Stay alive for 5 minutes. As the timer progresses, more types of CTRs such as mercenaries will join the fray. Completing the challenge does not award you with any CP or achievements but if you're new you'll get a decent amount of Training Points.

Proceeding as normal, the next "secret" is fairly blatant, but easy to miss if you're in a rush. Just before the mission simulation, you'll go through a hallway and on a bench on the right is an audio log from Jack Torillo. Continue into the mission simulation and the final secret will be located in the South West corner of the map. You'll see a fairly obvious CP indicator inside of an Orion Solar Freight Line shipping container resting on top of another container. In order to reach this area, the simplest method is to perform a running jump across the rocks adjacent to the container which should land you on top of the first container. However, if you struggle with the jumps you can also climb a nearby fallen tree and jump onto the top of the second container where you can then drop inside and collect the 100 CP.

And that's everything for this mission. Now, you might notice when you finish that you've only picked up 400 CP whereas the main menu says that there is 500 CP hidden in this mission. However, having replayed this several times I have yet to find this elusive last 100 CP. But if you do know where it is, feel free to comment below!
Mission: The NeuroGen Incident
The Easter Eggs on this mission are perhaps the most well known in the game. Still, for the sake of completionism, I will still detail how to find these Easter Eggs in this guide. However, I won't be covering the collectable audio logs that you need for the achievement "Inquisitive Mind" in this guide. If you would like to find those, you can check out this helpful guide by CTR-Drexxel.

So for our first secret, play the mission as normal until you activate the power. Then, head East in the room with all the shelves and Loading Crew CTRs running around. You'll pass a forklift jammed into a fallen shelf and in the next aisle facing south should be a shelf with a door behind it. The (A) objective marker should be above this shelf. Simply crouch down and you'll be able to walk under the shelf and open the door by interacting with the button. Inside is perhaps the most famous easter egg in the game, a dead Carcharodon polemos.

Keep playing the mission until the mercenaries cut the power. When you go down to the lower level, follow the objective marker but take the hallway on the right side. Halfway down this hallway will be a door on the right that leads to a bathroom. Go into the stalls on the left and you'll see a slumped over Research Staff CTR next to an audio log. Inside the first cubicle on the left you will see the second most famous easter egg, a cardboard cut-out of ZPSHicks (AKA Kim Haar Jørgensen, the Game Director of Interstellar Marines) sat on a toilet with a VR headset on.

Aside from these two, there's also a couple easter eggs on the coffee mugs scattered around the map. Such as one mug saying "MY BOSS IS A LANDSHARK" (pictured below) and another possessing the logo of Keavon Chambers, a technical artist who worked on the game in 2014/2015.

Mission: Assault on Starcrown Aerospace
To my knowledge, there is only one secret on this mission and from what I've been able to gather from old information on this particular secret, it isn't exactly an official easter egg and players were never really supposed to see it.

That said, there are a group of six door/elevator style buttons hidden on the outskirts of the map for this level. They are normally out of bounds behind unclimbable cliffs and invisible walls. However, it is possible to glitch through certain parts of the map's border and climb up to the edge of the map. A good spot I found while looking for these buttons is up on the ridge opposite the entrance with the bridge that leads into the supply area. Once you climb up onto this, just look for a fairly obvious section of the cliffside that becomes invisible when you get close. It takes a bit of effort and just wriggling/jumping around, but you'll be able to climb up this invisible wall and get out of bounds.

Once you've found a way up, just walk around in a big circle until you see them (if you took my route, go left for the fastest way to them), they'll be fairly obvious. The three standalone buttons don't seem to do anything, but pressing the outer buttons on the grouped set will either send the buttons up into the sky or cause them to sink into the ground, while the middle button does nothing.

Now, according to a user in an old discussions post (and the hints of a dev), interacting with these buttons in a certain way should change something within the main complex. However, the video the guy who found this uploaded doesn't exist anymore so I currently do not know what that is. I'll of course update this guide if I am able to figure it out.
Challenge: Nucleus - Escape A
SPECIAL THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME SEARCH FOR THIS, INCLUDING: Henrimagne, Gontarekt, Wolf, and I believe a couple others. AND ALSO TO {LC}Alex Freeman & Autfhocker FOR MAKING THIS ENTRY POSSIBLE!

So this cute little secret is super simple to activate (but drove me insane trying to figure it out). As soon as the mission starts, before you even engage your first CTR, on either side of the door into the central room will be two buttons hidden behind some boxes that you will need to activate. The first is on your left, tucked just to the side of a long box.

The second button will be tucked behind a stack of three small boxes to your right. You'll know both are activated when they shine green.

From here just continue as normal up until you reset the system. As you return to the central room, you'll notice an immediate change as the lights will fix themselves and the alarm will stop, with SARA announcing "Escape challenge interrupted. You have both been selected for a very special mission assignment. Proceed through the access door on the right." Listen to SARA and turn right to the big door that's usually locked, it'll now be openable.

Proceed through the door and down the long hallway. Entering the second door will prompt SARA to say "You are on your own from here. Good luck from the bottom of my heart." Exit out the next door and you will be on a walkway in a dark room. At the end of the walkway is a computer.

Interact with the computer and heart-shaped confetti will begin raining from above as a large screen directly ahead flashes up a message reading "Mayra Castañeda! Will you marry me?" while a little jingle plays.

Now fair warning before you attempt to activate this yourself; triggering this secret will lock the door forward to continue on with the mission and you will be softlocked, requiring you to bleed out and restart the mission if you actually want to complete it (don't try to jump into the darkness to suicide as it is a bottomless pit). Evidently, the groom-to-be wasn't planning on continuing to play after his proposal.
Wargames: Resort
This one is fairly simple. Just head to the Resort zone and then head into the middle area of this zone. In the bottom right of this middle section, you should be able to find a rock formation that's built up against the side of a building. With a little finesse, you can climb this and get up onto the roof.

If you look to the North West, you'll see what looks like another Marine. Head closer by crossing the beam to your right and you'll find that this is a rotating statue of a Marine wearing the FDF M05 Winter camo created by community member TmsFin. Looking at the base that the Marine is standing on will show a button prompt saying "PRESS [E] TO PAY RESPECT". Upon doing this, SARA will announce "TmsFin is the first champion of Wargames Hell Week battle royale. You can find TmsFin on YouTube."
Wargames: Docking Bay
This easter egg can be quite tricky to actually reach as to find it, you will first need to reach the secret Docking Bay zone of Wargames. So first, I'll detail how to reach that zone and then I'll get to the easter egg. While this is technically doable solo, I would highly recommend taking at least one buddy with you for this excursion as you only have around 50 minutes to find this if you join at the start of Wargames and it can be quite easy to die. It will also just speed things up, especially if you split up for the second stage of activating Docking Bay.

So first, you need to activate Operations. If you don't know how to do this, you just need to find and activate the three switches in your zone, which will have an objective indicator above them so they are not hard to find. After this, you simply head into Operations via any of the green pads marked on the map. Next you will need to activate all the objectives inside Operations. It is fairly straightforward but can be a pain solo due to the high number of CTRs and tight close-quarters nature of this zone. Once everything is activated, you will be able to jump down into the vault below where you'll be able to get a large sum of CP and be able to teleport to any location you want.

Your next task will be to activate three satellite arrays. I believe there is one in every main zone, so it doesn't matter where you teleport to. If you have a buddy, or multiple buddies and are confident in your ability to handle CTRs, then I'd recommend splitting up and going to different zones in order to speed things up. Once you find an array (they're big buildings that look like an unbloomed flower bulb on top), simply make your way up the stairs inside and be prepared to deal with 2-4 CTRs. Once you've dealt with the bots, head upstairs to the central module and activate the switch. The array will align itself, taking about 60 seconds. There's a decent amount of CP to be gained from initially locked doors once the array is aligned but you can just leave after pressing the switch if you want.

Now once three arrays are activated, the building in the center of the Hell zone will now be unlocked. Make your way to Hell (and make sure you have a decent amount of ammo and equipment) and the best thing you can do to make it past all the Hellbots is to simply just sprint straight for the middle, don't stop to fight or look back, just run. You should be able to make it to the building and once you enter one of the doors, you'll be teleported into Docking Bay. Fair warning: There will be both Hellbots and unique Hellbots armed with guns inside this zone, so you need to be very careful.

The layout of this zone is basically the same as the first area in The NeuroGen Incident, and as such the easter egg is also hidden behind the shelf just like the C. polemos from NGI. Much like in NGI, there will be a dead C. polemos but unique to this zone is a TW-256 Titan Walker (also known as the Schronbell M7-HASR) also in the room, which is opening fire on the dead shark creature.
Grey Men (Ghost Voices)
If you've played the game for any extended period of time, you've probably encountered this somewhat startling easter egg while trying not to be murdered by CTRs. On any map, challenge, or mission; it is possible to occasionally hear a male voice very clearly whispering one of several phrases (such as "Help!", "Over here!", and "What was that?"). You may not initially fully catch what was said if you're in the middle of a firefight or there's alarms going off or any other noises polluting your ears. But if you bunker down in a quiet spot and just wait a few minutes, you're pretty much guaranteed to hear at least one of these voices at some point.

Known in the game files as Grey Men, but often nicknamed by players as Ghost Voices or the Ghost Marine, these mysterious voices don't really seem to have much of an in-game explanation and it is unknown if they are supposed to be taken literally or not. The most likely answer is the devs just put them in to add to the creepy ambience and to throw players off. But it is interesting how clear the whispers are compared to other background voices.

These voices were the subject of a sort of in-joke in the community that whenever anyone brought them up in the forums, people (including the devs) would vehemently deny that any such voices existed within the game. Commonly claiming that people were "just hearing things" and that it was their imagination, as well as claiming that people were spreading false rumours, etc.

You can hear all the voicelines in this video:

Some people also claim to have heard the voice of a little girl asking to play as well as a dog barking, but I haven't found either of these in the game files.
