Getting Into a Game

Click on the Eternia Crystal in the Tavern
Select a random game, the orange ones are best they're the hardest. New players should always play on insane.
If possible select a challenge map, they have red text and don't give XP or loot. These are the best for new players to join.

Using Boosters

Always use the red booster (loot rarity). It improves the chances of getting Dye, consumables and amulets, all the best loot ! Who needs weapons and armour when they kill an Ogre ? Not the pros !

Tips for Pro Gameplay

When looting, always stand directly behind the player in front of you, that way he can't dodge backward and endanger you.
Go AFK as often as possible
When going AFK it's best to stand on one of the Eternia crystals, that way Ogres will shoot them and Dark Elf warirors will strike them as they kill you. Hah! That'll show the other players for not protecting your AFK body.
If it is not possible to stand on an Eternia crystal for some reason (another pro player may be standing there) stand on or as close to some important towers as you can so they get destroyed.
When playing survival, it is not important to upgrade or repair any defenses. Pro players run around looting like mad and let the carebears take care of actually defending the objective. Wimps.
Pick the strongest player you can and follow them around so you can loot easier while they kill the enemies. Dont forget point one and make sure they can't avoid damage and cause you to be hurt instead.
Remember your towers are as good as anyone else's. Always use up as many DU (defense units) as you can with whatever basic tower you just unlocked, spike barriers and magic missile towers are awesome ! Those level 60 players in the insane survival map you just joined to AFK for XP have no idea what they're doing.

The Tavern - SPECIAL BONUS SECTION !

The tavern is a great place to test gear, chat with other players and organise games. Boring.

Build as many towers as you can in the tavern. Loud or flashy towers such as monk auras and most mage towers are the best, that'll really get people's attention !
Spam the 'c' key to say 'hello' over and over, that never gets old.
Stand next to a targetting dummy at all times, pros don't need to check their DPS so you're just helping by making the dummy useless.
