Obviously, this guide will contain spoilers. If you want to avoid them, it's best not to use this guide during your first playthrough.

This guide is not a step-by-step walkthrough, so you won't find exact information on how to reach specific areas in the game. Instead, it serves as a list to help you identify items you might have missed, along with their coordinates in their respective areas. However, I've also included a link to the Wiki[bg3.wiki] for each item in case you need more details about it.

Pass two Charisma (Performance) checks while helping Alfira with her song in the Druid Grove.

Cap of Curing[bg3.wiki]

This hat is found in a locked gilded chest behind a pillar near to where Alfira is composing her song in the Druid Grove (X:289, Y:488).

Ring of Colour Spray[bg3.wiki]

Can be found in the Harpys' Nest in the Secluded Cove (X:326, Y:495).

Amulet of Silvanus[bg3.wiki]

Hidden under a rock that must be moved, near Ormn the bear in the Druid Grove (X:262, Y:481).

Hellrider's Pride[bg3.wiki]

Carried by Zevlor in the Druid Grove and can be either bought from him, stolen or earned as a reward for "Investigate Kagha".

Sorrow[bg3.wiki]

Found in the Hidden Vault within the Druid Grove. You will need the Rune of the Wolf carried by Rath to access the vault; which you can obtain by talking to Rath after rescuing Halsin, pickpocketing him, or killing him.

Robe of Summer[bg3.wiki]

Found inside a crate sitting in the Hidden Vault within the Druid Grove. You will need the Rune of the Wolf carried by Rath to access the vault; which you can obtain by talking to Rath after rescuing Halsin, pickpocketing him, or killing him.

Pale Oak[bg3.wiki]

Obtained as a reward for completing the quest "Investigate Kagha" and both persuading and sparing Kagha, which must be completed before the quest "Rescue the Druid Halsin". In this scenario, Kagha will give you the Pale Oak. The Pale Oak staff is only awarded if you are a druid.

Rewarded by Mol for completing the quest "Steal the Sacred Idol".

The Deathstalker Mantle[bg3.wiki]

Repaired by finding and combining the Shaft of a Broken Spear and the Head of a Broken Spear (by right-clicking on one of the items in your inventory and pressing 'combine', then dragging the other item into the open slot.) Shaft of a Broken Spear: Found on the body of Edowin in the forest west of the Druid Grove (X: 136, Y: 446), and Head of a Broken Spear: Looted from the Owlbear in the Owlbear Nest.

After Auntie Ethel is weakened (below 20% Hit Points) and has a turn to act, she begs for her life and implores you to let her keep Mayrina and her baby, offering you power in return. The player has the possibility to intimidate or deceive Auntie Ethel to free Mayrina and get this power both, at the cost of letting Auntie Ethel go.

Paid the Price[bg3.wiki]

Consider Auntie Ethel's offer to eliminate the parasite at the Riverside Teahouse, but keep in mind it's mutually exclusive with Volo's Ersatz Eye and Wyll's stone eye options; you can only undergo one questionable eye surgery per character.

Mayrina's Locket[bg3.wiki]

Mayrina's Locket can be obtained by either looting it from her corpse or persuading her to give it to you after learning Auntie Ethel's intentions through Speak with Dead.

Steelforged Sword[bg3.wiki]

This weapon can be found in a locked chest in the abandoned workshop in the Blighted Village, across from the Ancient Rune Circle (X:45, Y:408).

Sussur Weapons[bg3.wiki]

To forge a weapon, first, light the furnace, then use the nearby bellows, combine Sussur bark with the furnace, and finally, use a plain dagger, sickle, or greatsword in the active furnace to create a Sussur weapon with a +1 enchantment and the ability to silence on hit. Sussur Tree Bark can be obtained from the Sussur Tree in the Dread Hollow in the Underdark (X: -14, Y: -138).

Summon Scroll: Cheeky Quasit[bg3.wiki]

In the Apothecary's Cellar, behind the moveable bookshelf, in the casket immediately to your right as you enter the cavernous room.

Necromancy of Thay[bg3.wiki]

Turn all three pages while reading Necromancy of Thay, a book found in a hidden area in the Apothecary's Cellar beneath the Blighted Village. Turning only 1 page will grant only Speak with Dead. The reader does not need to succeed on the Saving Throws associated with turning the pages.

Found in a Gilded Chest in one of the burning rooms on the second floor of the inn at Waukeen's Rest (X: -84, Y:630). This chest can be difficult to get to before the room becomes completely engulfed in flames, so it's recommended to approach in Turn-Based Mode. The weapon needs to be picked up before the first long rest after coming to Waukeen's Rest for the first time. If you come to the burning room after a long rest, the weapon will be unavailable.

Found in a locked and trapped Opulent Chest in the Selûnite Outpost area of the Underdark (X: 176 Y: -247). The chest is behind a hidden door revealed by a Perception check, or it can be accessed by jumping from the room with the waypoint.

Phalar Aluve[bg3.wiki]

This weapon can be found stabbed into a rock in the Underdark at coordinates (X:116, Y:-192), and can be freed by passing either a DC 15 Strength check to yank it from the stone or a DC 15 Religion check to learn how to release the magic holding it in place. Alternatively, a Cleric of Eilistraee can release the sword without needing an ability check.

The Blast Pendant[bg3.wiki]

This amulet is worn by Dhourn, one of the petrified drow to the west of the Selûnite Outpost (X:121, Y:-245).

The Spectator Eyes[bg3.wiki]

Looted from the Spectator located in the Underdark.

Bloodguzzler Garb[bg3.wiki]

Explorer's Ring can be found on a skeleton atop the stones surrounding the Bibberbang field north of the Dread Hollow region of the Underdark X: -12 Y: -50. It can be reached by jumping from a series of rock ledges or by teleporting up to the location.

Mourning Frost[bg3.wiki]

Formed by combining components carried by three Drow mages competing to discover the Adamantine Forge, found at various Underdark locations. The Icy Helve is with Dhourn west of the Selûnite Outpost, Icy Metal looted from the Pale Corpse in the Myconid Colony's secret area unlocked by completing the quest "Defeat the Duergar Intruders" (X:50, Y:75), and the Icy Crystal carried by Filro the Forgotten near the Sussur Tree.

Dog Collar[bg3.wiki]

Found in a grave on the cliff overlooking Arcane Tower to the south of the Underdark - Sussur Tree Waypoint (On the 4th floor of the Arcane Tower, there's a button in the North-Eastern corner. When pressed, it seems inactive. However, if you wear the Dog Collar and interact with it, you'll discover it's actually a food dispenser for Lenore's pet, as it dispenses a piece of raw steak).

The Blood of Lathander[bg3.wiki]

In the western hallway at (X:1330, Y:-660), there are two statues that need to be rotated: the one to the south requires an Athletics check to move and should be turned west, while the other should be turned east. This action opens a path in the wall with some barrels that can be jumped over or destroyed. Proceed west to reach the Secret Stairway. Use ranged attacks to destroy the Energy Source crystal on the south side of the barrier, then climb the rocks to access the next area. In the following room, there's a Dawnbreaker that emits pulses to knock the party away. Wait for breaks in the pulses to approach and disarm it (DC 14). Unfortunately, the path forward is still blocked. Move to some rocks, climb them, and follow the path to locate another energy source at (X:1118, Y:-790). The final energy source is situated on the northern rocks. Avoid the Dawnbreaker's pulses and consider disarming it to easily destroy the Energy Source. Proceeding onward, the party eventually encounters the Blood of Lathander. If the Dawnmaster's Crest has been obtained, simply place it in the altar's item slot to safely acquire the Blood of Lathander. Placing the crest after taking the mace also deactivates the trap. If the Blood of Lathander is taken without the Dawnmaster's Crest, it triggers a deadly trap that jeopardizes the Monastery's destruction. The party has only four turns to either escape the Monastery or dismantle the four Lathander Solar Machines that activate the trap.
