In Windows Open file explorer and enter the following URL

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA III Definitive Edition\Profiles

Next you will see a folder that will be named after your "Rockstar User ID" inside you will find the save files.

*Downloaded save file will replace / take place of slot no.2

The last explosion

Once you load the game with the provided save file,
Switch to a "Rocket Launcher" and look for the last car to blast.
