Entering the Game
Click on the 'New Game' button and select 'Training Room.' I reccomend starting off with Training Room as you have an indefinite time to learn how to Jump in there.
Jumping in the Game
Once you're in the game, look at your keyboard. You should see a large, flat rectangle-looking button; that is your space bar. Press the 'space bar' button and you should hopefully be Jumping in Half-Life 1! Use this knowledge to beat the game to your hearts content and freaking obliterate everyone in deathmatch!

Your guide is incredible and I wish people like myself had the same mental capacity for deathmatch sweat-making as you so obviously do, my good sir/madam. However, I must admit my lack of mental fortitude vexes my ability to comprehend the entirety of this guide. Please explain the "keyboard" you mention. You say to "look at your keyboard" but again -- and it ashames me to admit this -- frankly, I don't know what you mean. Thanks and keep up the great work! I'm looking forward to jumping!
By the way, if it's like "Jumping" in Half-Life 2 then maybe I'll understand. I'll give that a try with the large, flat rectangle-looking button on my old haptic suit.
