What is a Home Instance?
A Home Instance [wiki.guildwars2.com] is a upgradable instance all players have access to.
Base Game Story Steps add some NPCs of your Story Choices into your own Home Instance.
The Home Instance can be upgraded with many gathering nodes.
Profit from a fully upgraded Home Instance without upgrading it!
Some players with fully upgraded Home Instances will offer other players to visit their Home Instance with them.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!
You can join them and gather all the unlocked nodes without unlocking them yourself.
By joining them you have the chance to get some of nearly all materials from Tyria (and Living World) once a day.
Location of Home Instance
Each of the Main Citys of the races is one Home Instance. Each can be visited even with a character of another race.

How to access a upgrade Home Instance without owning it!
Some players offer a free visit of their fully upgraded Home Instance via Map Chat or the LFG-Tool.

Open Contacts and LFG panel [wiki.guildwars2.com] "Y" by default. Go to the LFG tab than Central Tryria tab than to Central Tyria - Parties. Look for groups there.
What you need to know for a visiting a Full Home Instance!
1. Say atleast "Hi" or "Hello" on joining the party.
2. You need to me in the same City and instance like the owner!
(The Player Profil of the group is not black if you are in the same instance)

Right click the blackout character imiage und press "map name" join

3. Bring a Full Set of Orichalcum Gathering Tools or better:
with at least 24 Charges of Orichalcum Harvesting Sickle [wiki.guildwars2.com]
with at least 24 Charges of Orichalcum Logging Axe [wiki.guildwars2.com]
with at least 66 Charges of Orichalcum Mining Pick [wiki.guildwars2.com]
4. The Owner of the full Home Instance need to open the Instance.











5. You can see all Nodes on the MiniMap and can gather each Node once a day (resets with Daily-Reset[wiki.guildwars2.com] )





















6. The Owner need to stay inside the Instance or it will close.
7. Say atleast "ty" at the end.

Optional: Send the Owner some Coins or Materials if you can spare it. Ask who is the owner and right click the name and than send mail. Put your donation into the mail and send it.

Check https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Home_instance for unlockable Nodes and where or how to get them. You need around 5000Gold to fully upgrade your own Home Instance! Most of the Gold because you need Gems. (Gold to Gems)
