Lore: this is on a planet very very very very far away,and wen people first found it they saw it was a gas giant so they thought it was uninhabitable so they left it alone. then a small space company sent a small probe,and crashed the probe. the probe responded with data about the planet and it said that there was land and the atmosphere was made up off
40% oxygen and carbon dioxide 10% other gases 50% nitrogen. so they sent some people out there for vacation, and they got there 100 years later, (they were in a cryogenic state) they landed and they built a bunker with a nuclear reactor.
then they abandoned it and went home. some crook stole a lot of the turbine that makes electricity. when original people abandoned it they were building a bomb testing chamber, then it exploded.
