Easy, make sure you just complety close Cs2 and Steam.

1- Search for windows (C:)

2- Programs (x86)

3- Go to Steam folder

4- Inside "steam" folder search for USERDATA

5- Here, you can see a number, its your ID. Go into this folder and enter the folder 730

6- We are almost done, go to LOCAL then go to CFG

7- Here it will show you a list of thing that makes your cs2 but we need to find exactly this folder cs2_machine_convars and open it with the NOTE BLOC

8- VERY IMPORTANT; DONT TOUCH ANY OTHER THINGS WITHOUT KNOWING SINCE YOU CAN HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR FUTURE GAMEPLAY. ONLY FOLLOW THIS STEP

With cs2_machine_convars open with note bloc, go to edit and then search for "panorama_console_position_and_size" there you can see many numbers, you need to rewrite them dont copy and paste, you need to click in the first number and start putting this
"20.00|20.00|200.00|200.00"

We are almost done.

When you are done changing the numbers of the "panorama_console_position_and_size"

Go to file, and save. NEVER "SAVE AS"
