Yes, it will be installed automatically. These are all implemented by the installation code written by the mod creator, but for example, reshade MOD requires you to install it manually. As long as it is a mod that replaces textures and models, you generally do not need to install it manually.

How do I download it again? I already subscribed to it but otherwise I don't see everything that tells me to download, does subscribing automatically install the model or do I have to do it manually just like how you add the patches?

Ok
