So, i think everyone who played this masterpiece of a mod noticed the goofy ahh low poly background buildings in the background of ge_city01 (first map of the mod, chapter unseen circumstances), and i've got a theory about them.

So, yk city 17 is like the center of the combine's powers, so we can assume city 13 and other cities aren't getting as many high-tech cmb technologies and stuff
And that's where the goofy ahh low poly houses come in.
Well, let's assume that city 13 is actually a really small settlement, and the combine hides it via one of their technologies that projects an image (a lowres one) of these houses near every living block in city 13.
And as simple as that i made these 2004 ahh textures look at least a teeny tiny bit logical
