Simple fix for: Installed version of M$ .net framework is too old, and it prevents the "battlefront" game launcher to start:

------------------------- FILE: Launcher.exe.config ------------------------- <startup><supportedRuntime version="v4.0" sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.6"/></startup></configuration>

EDIT FILE: \SteamApps\common\Combat Mission Black Sea\Launcher.exe.config

*SEARCH: Last line with .NET framework VERSION number, change it to v4.0*

The version number can be changed to any installed version of .net framework. "Battlefront game launcher" works fine with older versions of it.
