[VSI] AutoMiner V2 [PE]

This version is an edit that makes power consumption more reasonable and efficient for small and remote mining stations. Also works normally on a Station.

Features:
- Works on ships and Stations (Autominer must be vertical with an open conveyor port under it)
- Power consumption makes sense. It doesn't take ALL of the power your ship or station produces like the original does
