Once you've downloaded it, copy/move the file "HumanHeroin.wd" to steamapps\common\Two Worlds - Epic Edition\WDFiles and the mod is now installed!!!

All voice lines are replaced by a female's voice and it's quite immersive actually, including the body being reworked. Though something immersion-breaking is the actual dialogue itself in conversation with NPCs is still the original dudes voice though it's ignorable/managable.
