UPDATE: For some reason, Steam decided to delete a couple of screenshots and it doesn't let me reupload them. I tried multiple times and i always only get an error message. I can't tell when, or even if the missing graphics will be back, I'm sorry.

This guide describes how to obtain most (more under Info) badges for Angler's Grave.

Island Badges

A Far Cry

Kill all guardswithin garrison walls, including the inspection yard and the harbor

Important: This badge can not be done in the mission The Kumquat Connection, because one of the guards is an objective and can't be killed.

No Monkey Business

Kill the guard knocking at the door high above the banana vendor

The Old Man And the Sea

Throw the lonely Prognosticar into the sea

This Is Halloween

Inspect several dubious remains at the upper graveyard

Egg Thief

Find the actual crow's nest at the Saucy Sloop

I recommend doing this with Teresa to progress her badge The Crow Flies (Visit all highest points of all Islands).

Graveyard Haunt

Let's Not Go There

Don't enter the lower graveyard area

The screenshots show the area you're not allowed in and the easiest way to enter the graveyard with Gaëlle's Kanol.

Lonely Graveyard

Only one crewmate is allowed to be on the upper graveyard at the same time

I recommend doing this with Suleidy. Simply use Cover Seeds right at the position of your objective, sneak to the bush right next to it, then run their (and immediatly crouch) and you're done

The Kumquat Connection

Green Avoidance

Don't climb any ivies

A little different this time, because you're allowed to use ladders here. Still, I would recommend using the Wombo Combo: Using Gaëlle's Kanol to shoot Quentin up somewhere and afterwards reel the other teammates in with the Treasure Rod.

Brittle Walls

Don't enter the outer ring of the garrisson

Here you can see the area you're not allowed to enter, as well as an alternative entry in form of an ivy you can climb

Shoot the guard who's taking in complaints

If you do this is the mission The Kumquat Connection, you have to finish your first objective before you get the badge.

Toya's Perfection (Ch. 1)

My Hand Is For Cooking Only

Toya is not allowed to climb any ladders or ivies

For this, the easiest (and maybe only?) way to it is the Wombo Combo, meaning Gaëlle and Quentin. Use her Kanol to shoot the team up where you want to go and reel her in with the Treasure Rod.

Gaëlle's Letter (Ch. 2)

The Whole Wardrobe

Shoot every type of guard into Arimtice's backyard.
Custodes are not required

Commisarius
Iudex
Kindred
Prognasticar

All guards are found nearby, except for the Kindred, they're literally on the other side of the map, except if you play the mission on Legend or Cursed, then they're in the Saucy Sloop. For the Iudex you also have to walk a little further. I recommend getting the one in the graveyard. You can shoot a teammate up on the side (see Let's Not Go There for the mission Graveyard Haunt), kill the Iudex and throw her down for Gaëlle to carry away.

Our Own Way Up

Don't use any ladders or ivies

This map, especially on this part of the map, is filled with ladders, so make your life easier and once again, use the Wombo Combo: Gaëlle and Quentin, shoot him with your Kanol and reel her in with the Treasure Rod.

Arimtice can handle it

Carry Arimtice in the cannon and never drop him until the warehouse

The description pretty much says it all. Once you put him into your Kanol, you are not allowed to drop or shoot Amitrice at any point of the mission, until the very last objective.

John's Revenge (Ch. 2)

Cheap Rum For Everyone

Kill all guards at the Saucy Sloop

I was able to complete "Lonely Graveyard" with John and Teresa. There is a platform north of the upper graveyard that is on the same level as the upper graveyard. From the edge of that platform, John has just enough reach to get inside a bush on the edge of the upper graveyard. Fortunately, I also had Teresa, who sat on the rock to the east of the graveyard and sniped to help John for any one-two punches. I had to use a tied-up body to lure the prognosticar into Teresa's range so that he could be killed.

Regarding "The Whole Wardrobe" on higher difficulties there is 1 pair of Kindred inside the Saucy Sloop and another one at the graveyard. Therefore I would recommend taking one from the Graveyard together with the Ludex there.

You first need to talk to Arimtice. He tells you to get him a disguise, then put the enemies in the backyard making sure the Commissars goes last!

The "Next!" badge. I finished the mission (just waiting to enter the tear to exit), and shot the guard with Teressa's bolt, I did not get the badge.
I replayed the mission, just ran straight to him and shot him with the pistol ignoring the objective. Badge unlocked.

The "Next!" Badge seems to be a weird one. some say you need to complete the first mission, others say just go up and shoot him. I tried shooting him before listening to the Lady, no, shoot him AFTER, no. Listen THEN clear the area from anyone who can hear then shot him (before getting the Husband) and got it. I say to save before trying to listen then doing a few variations to see what works for you...

I think there is a map missing for "Brittle Walls". It says "Here you can see the area you're not allowed to enter" but nothing to see, so im guessing there used to be a map showing?

Aye pirates, I just realized that for the achievement Kill all guards inside the garrison etc. only the guards on the mainland are necessary. I got the badge although the guards on the ship were still there, so the drawing is not quite correct. But the guide is great, thanks Voit Peak.
And always a hand's breadth of water under the keel
