For the last part, I was staying on the dock building, waiting for the Guard to finish his hammering and then dropped down behind him. Then I sneaked a little forward, distracted the guard near the crane with firecrackers and then was running behind the crates in order to not get instantly discovered by the guard on the other side. once that one was looking away, I run the way down the dock and shoot him on the ship. As you don't need a pearl to escape, it doesn't matter if Gaelle would die just a second afterwards.
I've tried dozens of time so faire, without ANY chances.
This is stupid as frack.
the other 2 tricky parts are
1) Lapping Waves: even if you dont make a "Splash" the water lapping the sand can touch you
(best to zoom all the way in and watch the waves CLOSE)
2) After you leave the Lighthouse and go left, if you use the auto walk (click near the pier and let it map your path) the path will go right next to the water, if it laps up on the sand, you get touched...
Since your Blink range forces you to walk that narrow strip at least once (you can skip it once with Grand Blink), you really need to time your Blink in addition to walking it, to fall between waves crashing onto it and briefly submerging it.
