If I were to have made the patrol armor model it would have included a knockoff camelbak water carrier, and several slots for stowing items and a low profile pack. I don't go hiking but when I do, I prep for it.

It'd be nice if they let us customize armor like that, add medic badges or additional bags but its a 2010 game so I can't complain much
