[B42/41] BeNTheHunter's 1991 Mitsubishi Lancer GLXi

In October 1991 Mitsubishi Motors released the fifth generation of their now iconic Lancer lineup. Sporting various overhauls from the fourth generation, Mitsubishi wanted it to be a "basic car for the new age". The GLXi model featured a 1.6 liter four cylinder inline 4 engine called the 4G92 which developed 83 kWs (113 PS or 111 BHP), but there were other versions with a 1.3 liter, a 1.5 liter and a 1.8 liter engine, as well as a 1.8 liter turbo-diesel engine and a 1.6 liter V6 which was the smallest V6 engine at the time. The fifth generation Lancer formed the basis for the first generation Lancer Evolution which became very successful in the world of rallying, winning multiple World Rally Championships.

This is the first mod I've ever created for Project Zomboid. I wanted to add a car to the game that's period correct and would make a good everyday companion for the common commuter as well as the survivors of the Knox Event. A sturdy yet powerful sedan, perfect for all your needs. I really hope that it'll serve you well in the apocalypse!
The car comes in 9 different colors, all of which are genuine Mitsubishi factory colors. You can also occasionally spot cars on the road that were given custom paintjobs by their owners (in-game random color selector). It's ready to tow trailers and other cars as well as be towed by other cars.
