Glubtastic 4 Cubemap Fix

The HL1 textures seen in Glubtastic 4 point to cubemaps that don't exist. This results in missing texture reflections if the player has shader settings set to high or above. This mod fixes that by "disabling" the HL1 cubemaps (I added blank texture files in place of the cubemaps).

Shouldn't conflict with any mod, and can be installed before or after Glubtastic 4.

Glubtastic 4 is a great map and I highly recommend playing it.
