Awakening in the Mansion
Cleared the prologue.

For this you just have to play through the entire prologue and you will automatically get it.
The Kaleidoscope's Guidance
Cleared Chapter 1.

For this one you just have to play the entire Chapter 1.
Momentary Harmony
Cleared Chapter 2.

Same as the achievement above, just play the entire Chapter 2.
Becoming a Monstrosity
Cleared Chapter 3.

Same as the achievements above, play the entire chapter 3.
Childhood Friends
Cleared Chapter 4.

Again, just play the entire Chapter 4.
The Master's Identity
Cleared Chapter 5.

Same as the achievements above, play the entire Chapter 5.
Stains on the Heart
Cleared Chapter 6.

Again, just play the entire Chapter 6.
Butterfly's Wish
Cleared Chapter 7.

This is the last Chapter of the game. For this achievement you have to play the entire Chapter and therefore end the game.

Here you have to unlock at least one ending of every character. You don't need all their endings for this achievement.
Halfway There
Ending completion at 50%.

Have 50% of the list of endings completed.
Fragment of Memory
Saw one short episode

This achievement is quite easy you just have to unlock a short episode once you can, watch it then save it at the end. You can find them on the flowchart, they are blue and sometimes have a lock on them.
Short Order
Short Episode completion at 50%.

Complete 50% of the list of short episodes.
The Long and Short of It
Short episode completion at 100%.

If you got all the endings you should have all the short episodes unlocked and most of them cleared. You can clear them all and save it to get this achievement.
You Only Know the Half of It
Scene completion at 50%.

Have 50% of the entire flowchart unlocked
You've Scene it All
Scene completion at 100%.

For this you need the flowchart completion at 100%.
The First Hunt
Hunted black butterflies for the first time.

This one is also fairly easy. In the tutorial/epilogue you will have to hunt black butterflies. It will be explained in the game.
Like a Baby's Toy
Achieved an A rank in a butterfly hunt.

You have to get an A Rank in a butterfly hunt. My tip is to concentrate on killing multiple butterflies at once, rather than shooting them individually. It's okay to have a few butterflies get away, but combo shots give more points.
I'm a Crack Shot at This
Achieved an S rank in a butterfly hunt.

You need to get an S rank at a butterfly hunt. Again, my tip is to concentrate on shooting multiple butterflies at the same time. It's okay to have a few butterflies get away, but try not to shoot them individually. In this game combo shoots give lots of points.
Art Collector
Gallery completion at 50%.

Have 50% of all the images. I am going to list which short stories have CG's in the Achievement "Aesthete".
Aesthete
Gallery completion at 100%.

You need every single image in the game to get this one.
