How To Resolve DLSS Frame Generation Being Inaccessible for Nvidia 40-Series GPU (Windows 10)

For players running Windows 10 with an Nvidia 40-series GPU, in order to access and utilise DLSS Frame Generation, 'Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling' must be enabled.

To do so:

Press the Windows key and type 'Graphics Settings'
Select 'Graphics Settings' from the menu
Enable the setting 'Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling'
Restart your PC
Please note, this does not apply for Windows 11 users, as Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling is enabled by default.

on nvidia cards you can use both.

FSR = AMD
DLSS = NVIDIA

FSR is kinda ass, use DLSS.
HDD Mode will slow down your game, disable it(if you have SSD ofc).
Half of the settings here, if you have somewhat decent pc, you can set to High easly, lower your Crowd Density to medium/low, this drastically reduces load on your CPU.
