Hi there folks! here's another concept art recreation, this time of the Ratman, a cut special (maybe uncommon?) infected featured in various L4D3 speculation videos.
Instead of acid, the ratman spits out a hazzardous pool of blood, releasing the colony of rats that occupies this walking corpse's innards!
