Oh, I see that I've already mentioned this nearly seven months ago!!!! No plates appear in the kitchen to serve the dish in the lobby.

If you want to play with friends unfortunatelly no one other than the host can see the ice for some reason..

Okay, we figured it out. You make onion soup, then add raw steak to it, cook it again, add ice to it, cook it again, and then take a portion of the broth cubes and put it in your dumpling with chopped meat.

One work around I found: put something on the portioner until you add the ice, then never use the last portion. That way, you don't get the meat soup.

Your Meat Soup + Ice combo does NOT play nicely with portioners... Since you're using an existing recipe as a base, it wastes a potion of meat soup before you add the ice, unless you stand beside the pot and spam the bottom to add ice the moment it's done.
