In Windows Open file explorer and enter the following URL

%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City Definitive Edition\Profiles

Next you will see a folder that will be named after your "Rockstar User ID" inside you will find the save files.

*Downloaded save file above will replace / take place of slot no.2

Daredevil Achievement

The last unique stunt jump is located at "Little Havana"

Put 'Em Up Achievement

The last store to rob is located at "Little Havana"

Done it all Achievement

Completing BOTH "Put 'Em Up" and "Daredevil" Will grant you the "Done It All" Achievment.

Retro Lewk Achievement

This is a Rockstar Social Club exclusive achievement.
Get back to "Starfish Island" after unlocking "Done It All" achievement,
Inside the Office (Where the Save cassette tape is) corner there will be a new Outfit called "Frankie", Once applied the achievement will be unlocked.

Save file for Retro Lewk Achievement ONLY Google Drive download[drive.google.com]
*Downloaded save file above will replace / take place of slot no.3

Load save and walk in to "Frankie", Achievement will be unlocked.

thank you so much bro i was stuck on 98% one stunt jump left to 100% but that stunt jump in little Haiti is bugged i have done like 30 + jump but it wont register as unique jump and i was like fk i need to start over again and i found this now i got achievements in steam & social club
