After one of the recent updates having private/deleted mods loaded from workshop can break your game
Fix: Go to game properties, then to workshop and unsubscribe all mods that don't have icon and name, these are privated/deleted and will break your game, if you want to keep them you can move them to the local mods folder in appdata

One of the recent updates brought a bug that causes chat to disappear if you exit it by pressing anything else that isn't enter (send message button)
Fix: Enter the pause menu and go to options, once you go back to the game the chat should start working again

This usually happens when you join a server and you don't have the same versions of the mod as the player that is hosting the server, to fix this you can try these:
1.- Make sure you don't have any mods on the appdata: C:\Users\USER\AppData\LocalLow\Naelstrof\KoboldKare\mods
Mods on the appdata (Outside the Steam Workshop) will take priority over mods from the steam workshop, that can cause issues
2.- Verify game files, Steam sometimes does not update some mods and that can cause this issue

There is two things that can cause this:

1.-If you delete a mod externally without unsubscribing it
-Fix Steam mod: If you downloaded the mod from Steam make sure to restore the mod folder if it was deleted, then in game select a character not from that mod then load a map then go to the main menu and close the game after that you can unsubscribe the mod just fine
-Fix External Mod: If you downloaded the mod from other source not from Steam you have to restore it back then in game activate the mod after that you will see everything load just fine so change your character to the default Kobold then load a map then go to the main menu and close the game, after that you can safely delete the mod without any problem

2.- Sometimes it can happen if you enable all or most of the mods then restarted the game
Fix: Go to the mods list in the main menu and enable all the mods that were disabled, If you enable a mod and it gets disabled, just wait a few seconds and it should get automatically re-enabled, don't click again to enable it while this happens or the mod will get disabled, what you can do is continue to enable other of the mods that got disabled
If you want to know if the game loaded correctly, you can easily know because the background player character will spawn and make a noise of something falling

This is a new bug, if you enable all mods you may no longer see any new mod you subscribe to
Fix 1: Disable all mods, save then enter a map then return to the main menu and then exit the game
Fix 2: Unsubscribe all of the mods you are subscribed to, then enter the game and check the mods list and if it is empty close the game, after that you can subscribe to all of the mods again, if you want to subscribe to them quickly you can make a collection that has all of the mods

This happens when the MP session you want to join is using multiple mods, if you want to join to a multiplayer session faster you should enable all mods before trying to join, that way the session will load faster and without any issue, if the host does not have some mods enabled then they will still be disabled for you so this only works to join faster

This can also happen if the host of the multiplayer session is using a mod that is no longer available on the Steam workshop or broken, current mods that are no longer available on the Steam Workshop or broken:

If you plan to host a multiplayer game please make sure to remove or not enable these mods!

KoboldKare does not load any mods that players installed it only loads the ones that the Host has
Fix: Install all Steam workshop mods then enable all of them (And only enable the map you want to play on)
Extra: to enable cheats use /cheats 1 and /help for other commands.

If you enable these mods nobody is going to be able to join to your server, unless they got the mod when it was available on the Steam Workshop

Only Host mods are loaded and installed in the MP sessions.
Fix: ask the guy hosting to load the mods or point it towars this guide.
Other fix: Host your own MP session.

Sometimes when joining a new MP Session some players can't see chat messages from specific players
Fix: Ask the other player to swap the Kobold with the swap machine or the /swap command if cheats are enabled, sometimes, but not always, the other player can switch back to their original Kobold.
If that still doesn't work, you will have to create other Kobold character, like for example by respawning by pressing "K" and then main mouse click.

When you enter a MP Session that has many Kobolds KoboldKare usually unsyncs some of the Kobolds (Both Players and Non-players)
Fix: Throwing a bucket with any liquids should sync their positions, you can also grab them but that is going to probably annoy them if they are players
