D-L2 Modern Landing Craft

This is a modern Landing Craft I made for captains Foxtrot challenge, it's very simple to use and can carry weight fairly well for its small catamaran design. Its overall structure is based on modern catamaran ferry designs often found around the English Channel, with sleek pilot house housing and efficient engines built for long-term reliability.

Although I normally build from real references, this was built from my own creativity. Hypothetically built in the last 5 years this boat would be seen in less populated areas carrying vehicles to places without the typical ferry dock, such as private islands and separated coastlines where the infrastructure is less developed, the passengers will load the vehicles on the front ramp and stay in the vehicles, the seats in the pilot house are intended for staff. The arch structure allows for more cargo on the whole length of the boat, two diesel 12 cylinders have hatches right on top for easy engine replacement when the hours reach a certain time, and there are three life rafts on the rear for an extra measure of safety if something were to go wrong.

For Main Start:

1. Enter Helm House
2. Turn on the master power on the rear of the throttle console
3. Start engines in quick sequence
4. NAV Lights is the top left switch on the dash, mooring light is on the top of the windscreen

For Movement:

- W/S Throttle
- A/D Is Steering
- Seat hotkey 1 is reverse
- L/R Is Bow Thruster

For Landing:

1. Throttle the boat enough on the land so the props are still in enough water (so it can reverse). You have gone too far if the tower area is beached
2. Set throttle to 0
3. Lower the ramp through the helm (on the dash) or from the bow (next to the ramp), tap the up/down arrows to make sure it connects to the beach but does not raise the boat too much
4. Load/Unload
5. The reset button brings the ramp to the closed position




-Fuel/Electrical anchors are located near the center edge of the vehicle platform
-The bilge pumps are automatic
-I would not recommend more than 3 normal cars (i.e. captains mini 2C5M truck)
-If stuck on the pilot house door when beached, simply crouch
-Do not open engine hatches when beached, they may fill with water
