I have played fallout 2 on android."FO.exe" app lets you load data from install folder and runs it on some kinde engine/emulator. works for both classic but also fan made like sonora.

I wish we could still have the newer Fallout games be like 1 and 2. I know there's New Vegas but I haven't played it yet
