I've been wary of spending too much time in chargen after MGSV, where after about an hour of tweaking my Snake's face, it still reverted to bloody Big Boss. :D Still, probably no danger of that here.

In most games failing to get the first achievement usually means the game had a technical issue and didn't start properly. In RPGs it means the player got stuck on character creation.
